What You'll Be Responsible For

Build Corporate Relationships

- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Owners, Directors, and CXOs.
- Introduce partnership opportunities and employer engagement programs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring organizations.
- Generate opportunities for recruitment, internships, campus hiring, and workforce development initiatives.

Employer Acquisition & Engagement

- Onboard companies to participate in hiring and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Encourage organizations to publish job opportunities and engage with our talent ecosystem.
- Maintain regular communication with employer partners and key stakeholders.

Strategic Partnerships

- Identify opportunities for collaboration with corporates, industry bodies, training organizations, and educational institutions.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Develop alliances that create value for both employers and job seekers.

Academic & University Outreach

- Build relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and placement departments.




- Explore collaboration opportunities for internships, placement support, workshops, and industry engagement activities.

Business Development

- Generate new partnership opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and meetings.
- Maintain a healthy sales and partnership pipeline.
- Track activities and manage follow-ups through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

Experience

2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Business Development
- B2B Sales
- Corporate Sales

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with senior corporate stakeholders.

- Comfortable with field meetings and corporate visits.
