1. Understanding the process in details with concerned scientist with experiments in the lab. 2. Study the operational parameters of different operations like crystallization, distillation, drying and extraction and optimize those parameters based on energy, cost , safety accordingly. 3. Preparing list of facility requirements like equipment, utilities at production. 4. To find out the root cause of the failed batches at plant and take up an experiment based on proposed solution. 5.Solvent recovery and system capacity enhancement. Scale up of products from R&D; to plant scale by doing engineering calculations and observing the kinetics involved in the reaction. 6. To maintain quality and safety standards in Lab and Kilo Lab 7. Coordiante with R&D;, TT.ARL, EHS and Engineering for smooth functioning of Lab& Technology Transfer activities.
