Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories).
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience preferences to optimize content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (ads, promotions).
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Track, analyze,



and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
