Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Advising on ESOP implementation, including drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance.
2. Providing guidance on insider trading regulations and compliance.
3. Assisting in corporate transactions involving ESOP-owned companies.
4. Developing corporate governance policies and procedures.
5. Mitigating legal risks associated with ESOPs and Insider trading.
6. Offering strategic legal counsel tailored to clients' business objectives and regulatory environment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Semi-Qualified Company Secretary
- Experience in corporate law, particularly in areas related to employee benefits, corporate transactions, and securities regulation.
- Excellent analytical, drafting,



and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex legal matters independently.
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in ESOPs, insider trading compliance, or corporate governance is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
