- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and other security personnel.
- Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and monitor attendance.
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and policy violations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, medical emergencies, or unauthorized access.
- Control visitor entry and exit and ensure proper access management.
- Coordinate with emergency services, and management when required.
- Train, coach, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Conduct security awareness briefings and safety inspections.
- Maintain security records, logs, and documentation.
- Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions to improve site security.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
