Job Title: Sales Coordinator (1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will manage end-to-end sales operations, including CRM management, marketing coordination, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both backend operations and actively contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (lead entry, tracking, follow-ups, updates)
- Generate new leads through various channels (online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, references, marketing campaigns)
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Track leads, inquiries, and conversions, ensuring solid follow-up
- Support and execute lead generation campaigns with the marketing team
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Assist in quotations, proposals, and client documentation
- Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline
- Handle client communication and initial query resolution
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups




- Ensure all sales and marketing data is accurate and up to date

Required Skills

- Experience in lead generation and CRM handling
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Good communication skills (calling + written)
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales coordination or inside sales
- Exposure to digital marketing or lead generation tools
