Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery while maximizing production efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in a brass manufacturing environment and possess strong planning and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Track production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
- Monitor work orders, machine utilization,



and production capacity.
- Maintain production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Prepare production reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Control inventory and minimise production delays.
- Continuously improve production planning processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience

- 2–5 years in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Experience in the brass manufacturing or precision turned components industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Inventory and production monitoring.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
