Role Description This is a full-time, in office Maintenance Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, inspection, and repair of building systems and equipment across hotel, F&B;, and leisure areas. Key tasks include troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems. The role involves monitoring electrical and mechanical equipment performance, maintaining accurate maintenance logs, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. The Maintenance Engineer will collaborate closely with operations, housekeeping,



and front office teams to support smooth property operations and a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Maintenance Engineering and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, including routine inspections and scheduled servicing of hotel and facility systems.
- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance, including basic troubleshooting of electrical panels, lighting, and associated control systems.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial buildings, or similar facilities is preferred.
- Working knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices for building and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required for property operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
