Job Description:

The Loan Executive is responsible for handling loan processing, customer verification, and recovery activities. The role includes managing gold loans and vehicle loans, assisting members with loan applications, and ensuring timely repayment of dues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and process loan applications from members.
- Handle gold loans and business loans — including valuation, documentation, and disbursement.
- Verify applicant details and ensure eligibility as per society policies.
- Maintain accurate records of loan disbursement and repayment.
- Follow up with members for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly recovery and collection reports.
- Support management in planning and implementing recovery drives.




- Build and maintain valuable relationships with borrowers and members.
- Ensure compliance with all society rules and loan guidelines.
- Field work required
- Two wheeler -( Preffered)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in loan or recovery operations (preferably in a co-operative society or financial institution).
- Knowledge of gold loan and vehicle loan procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,016.46 - ₹19,933.62 per month
