MBA, BBA, Any Graduate, Digital Marketing Diploma or Certificate holder

1. Candidate should have 2 Years of hands on teaching/training experience.
2. Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
3. Should be keen to learn current and different things, takes initiative and must be assertive go-getter.
4. Be polite, humble, friendly, have positive attitude
5. Good Command over English, Hindi and Marathi
6. Should have strong hands-on Digital Marketing Strategy, Website Designing, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Display marketing, Analytics, Lead Generation, Online Reputation Management, Adsense, Blogging, and more.
7. Google and other Digital Marketing Certification shall be an added advantage
8. On the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide the right references
9. Assist in Digital Marketing Projects Execution

Responsibility :

1. Research to develop the most updated training curriculum by incorporating the ongoing changes in digital marketing
2. Provides Career Counseling and mentor the students
3.



Developing training programs, Courses & lessons according to requirements
4. Delivering a demo session, training and conduct workshop on Digital Marketing Technologies.
5. Helping students in the practical execution of digital marketing concepts.
6. Observe and evaluate results of training programs
7. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
8. Work in an agile environment with the defined sprints to deliver the assigned work in the stipulated timelines
9. Adhere to software training best practices and participate in the refinement of those practices and standards to improve quality, effectiveness and productivity
