Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, with a robust focus on delivering measurable results.

- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4),



Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, product, and business teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, remarketing, and retention initiatives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
