We're Hiring | Legal Assistant (Contractual)

We are looking for Legal Assistants on a contractual basis to support the scrutiny and processing of GST-related appeals and applications. The role involves examining case filings for legal and procedural compliance, verifying supporting documents, preparing scrutiny notes, identifying defects, maintaining case records, and coordinating with the Registry to ensure timely case processing.

Eligibility: LL.B. from a recognized university with proficiency in computer operations and a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling GST matters, including Show Cause Notices, Adjudication, and Appeals. Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of GST laws and appellate procedures.
