ALF Electro Motor is a growing Two Wheeler & Electric Vehicle Service Centre based in Egmore, Chennai. We are looking for a responsible and professional Front Office Executive to manage customer handling, billing coordination, vehicle delivery follow-up, and front office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Welcome and guide walk-in customers at front desk
- Generate bills and collect payments (Cash / UPI / Card)
- Maintain billing records and end-of-day cash summary
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with technicians and customers
- Maintain customer and vehicle service records in system
- Send service reminders and follow-up messages to customers
- Handle basic WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram communication

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office / Reception / Billing / Customer Handling preferred
- Good communication in Tamil required
- Basic English speaking ability preferred
- Basic computer knowledge mandatory (MS Office & Internet)
- Billing software knowledge preferred (training will be provided)
- Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly attitude required
- Diploma holders preferred | Any graduate can apply
- Automobile / Service Centre experience will be an added advantage

Working Hours:

Monday – Saturday

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday Full Day Off

SALARY & BENEFITS

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Per Month
