The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling abilities, a scientific approach to treatment planning, and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations and assess physical condition, mobility, posture, and fitness levels.
- Develop personalized physiotherapy and exercise programs tailored to individual wellness goals such as fat loss, mobility improvement, muscle toning, rehabilitation, and overall fitness.
- Clearly explain treatment plans, exercises, and expected outcomes to clients in a professional and scientific manner.
- Supervise and administer therapy sessions while ensuring client safety and treatment effectiveness.
- Monitor client progress regularly, modify treatment plans when necessary, and maintain accurate records of sessions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with dietitians, doctors, and wellness coaches to provide holistic wellness solutions.
- Educate and motivate clients to maintain long-term physical fitness and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Build solid client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Support achievement of wellness center goals through proactive client engagement and counselling.
