Job Summary

Job Description – SAP Solution Manager (SAP SolMan) Consultant Customer: Signify Band: E2.2 (Medior) Location: Offshore/Hybrid Experience: 5–8 Years Role Overview We are looking for a skilled SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to support and enhance the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) landscape for Signify. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, monitoring, and optimizing SAP Solution Manager capabilities while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations. Based on Signify requirements, the role includes BPM setup and troubleshooting, SolMan administration, monitoring, remote supportability, and stakeholder interaction. Key Responsibilities • Configure, administer, and support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) environments. • Set up and troubleshoot Business Process Monitoring (BPM) and business process operations. • Maintain and support SolMan Work Centers and Solution Documentation. • Perform system administration, landscape management, technical monitoring, and health checks. • Enable and monitor Remote Supportability features. • Support Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes and transport governance. • Monitor SAP systems, interfaces, jobs, and business-critical processes. • Collaborate with business process owners to understand requirements and resolve issues. • Coordinate with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Infrastructure teams. • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and governance updates. • Support AMS, incident, problem, and change management processes. • Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager (7.2 preferred). • Experience in:



o Business Process Monitoring (BPM) o System Monitoring o End-to-End Monitoring o Technical Monitoring o Landscape Management Database (LMDB) o Solution Documentation o Remote Supportability o Monitoring & Alerting Frameworks • Good understanding of SAP Basis concepts. • Experience working in global AMS support engagements. • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). • Strong stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with: o ChaRM (Change Request Management) o Retrofit Configuration o EWA (EarlyWatch Alert) o SAP Cloud ALM o Third-party monitoring integrations o SAP Focused Run / Focused Insights • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience in automation and operational monitoring initiatives. Related Signify materials reference SolMan alongside monitoring and automation platforms. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • SAP Solution Manager certification is preferred. • ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
