Responsibilities: Manage product listings on website and marketplaces ( ebay, etsy) Handle online orders, returns, and customer queries Coordinate with logistics and inventory team Update product details, pricing, and stock Basic knowledge of social media and online promotions. Knowledge of posting on Pinterest, LinkedIn , other professional platforms.
Requirements: Experience in e-commerce operations Basic computer and Excel skills Positive communication skills Jewellery or retail experience is a plus
