As a Telecaller at Mobitech, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective customers, providing information about our products and services, addressing inquiries, and driving sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, customer-centricity, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote Mobitech's products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and qualified relationship with customers.
- Follow up on leads and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EEE, ECE, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
- Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
