Job Summary

The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance learners' communication, interpersonal, behavioral, and employability skills. The trainer prepares students to succeed in academic, professional, and workplace environments by improving their confidence, personality, and career readiness through interactive learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on communication skills, spoken English, personality development, workplace etiquette, and qualified behavior.
- Conduct sessions on teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, presentation skills, and resume-building workshops.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Use interactive training methodologies such as role plays, case studies, simulations, and group exercises.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, practical activities, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
- Mentor and counsel students to improve confidence, motivation, and employability.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessment reports, and learner progress documentation.
- Coordinate with placement and academic teams to prepare students for internships and employment opportunities.
- Continuously update training content in line with current industry expectations and workplace trends.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Human Resources, Psychology,



Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Personality Development, Corporate Training, or Train-the-Trainer (preferred).

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, employability training, or teaching.
- Experience in vocational education or skill development projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
