Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Operations Manager to lead commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational activities for a precision engineering and industrial manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day commercial and manufacturing operations.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Manage supply chain, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Build strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, costs, and business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ensure availability of materials to support production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, procurement, and sales teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize working capital.
- Implement and maintain SOPs and operational best practices.
- Lead,



mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.
- Support business expansion and operational excellence initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial Management.
- Experience in heavy engineering, steel, machining, industrial manufacturing, or oil & gas industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
