Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor regulations.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee performance management processes.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Support grievance handling and maintain positive employee relations.
- Draft HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR communications.
- Assist in HR audits and ensure proper documentation of employee records.
- Coordinate with external agencies for background verification and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.




- Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based organizations is an added advantage.
