Job Description

Narayan Kumar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects at our Araria, Bihar Site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, execution, team leadership, budget management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
- Manage site resources, subcontractors, billing, and project documentation.
- Review technical drawings and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management.

Requirements

- Qualification:



B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.

Salary

₹60,000 – ₹80,000. per month (based on experience and interview performance)
