Job Responsibility:

- Planned and executed ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, including school seminars, educational events, and local promotional activities to generate quality admission leads.
- Visited schools regularly to build relationships with principals, coordinators, and management teams, creating new business opportunities and increasing student admissions.
- Conducted personalized counselling sessions with students and parents through home visits, addressing their academic needs and successfully converting enquiries into admissions.
- Developed strong networks with local tuition teachers and educational influencers to generate referrals and expand the student admission pipeline.
- Followed organizational policies, maintained accurate documentation, and ensured compliance with admission procedures and internal operational standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
