We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading International BPO/ITES company in Chennai. We are looking for enthusiastic freshers and experienced professionals with excellent English communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Freshers

Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Approx. ₹19,000 take-home per month)

Eligibility:

- Graduates & Undergraduates
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Experienced – International Voice

Salary: Up to ₹4.10 LPA

Eligibility:

- Minimum 12 months of International BPO/Customer Support experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally through voice support.




- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
