About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Domestic Group Series (GIT) to design, cost, and manage Group Inclusive Tours (GITs) across India. The ideal candidate should have solid destination knowledge, supplier management skills, and hands-on experience in planning and operating domestic fixed departures and customized group tours.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop attractive Domestic Group Series and Fixed Departure Tours across India.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, costing, and pricing while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
- Coordinate end-to-end GIT operations, including hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, meals, permits, and tour documentation.
- Liaise with hotels, transport operators, local vendors, and destination management partners to negotiate competitive rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor bookings, departures, rooming lists, vouchers, and operational timelines.
- Handle customer queries and provide operational support before and during tours.




- Resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Maintain supplier databases, contracts, and destination information.
- Stay updated with domestic travel trends and develop new group tour products.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations and GIT operations.
- Expertise in itinerary planning, costing, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departures simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and travel reservation systems.
- Knowledge of permits, travel documentation, and domestic travel logistics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in designing and operating Domestic Group Inclusive Tours (GITs).
- Experience in handling Fixed Departure Tours and leisure group operations is preferred.
- Strong network with hotels, transport providers, and local destination partners across India will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
