Arivon is looking for HR Executive who manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

- BBM/MBA/BTech/MCA/BSc/MSc/BCA in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

- Time management, Hard & Smart working.

- Good communication skills (Oral & Written).

- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

- Immediate joinee.
