Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs.
- Share product information, offers, and promotions with customers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and keep the showroom organized.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
- Assist with billing, stock replenishment, and other store operations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Follow company standards to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
