- Coordinate with internal department (Accounts & Finance)
- Details of credit notes to be raised from concerned AM's
- Manage approvals with management in consultation with Area Managers/Regional Managers
- Accounts reconciliation
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch and sales personnel
- Maintaining reports/data
