Marketing & Sales Executive – Parties & Events

Role Summary

We are hiring a result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive responsible for getting birthday party bookings, closing outdoor event orders, and creating tie-ups with cafés, schools, clubs, and societies. The role focuses on revenue generation through partnerships, rentals, and event sales.

Key Responsibilities

Birthday Party Sales

- Generate and close birthday party bookings for the play area
- Coordinate with parents, societies, and communities for party enquiries
- Explain party packages, upsell add-ons, and close deals

Outdoor Events & Equipment Rentals

- Get outdoor event bookings (schools, societies, exhibitions, festivals)
- Sell play equipment rentals for events and pop-ups
- Coordinate site visits and requirements with clients

Tie-ups & Partnerships

- Create tie-ups with cafés, schools, clubs, and societies
- Plan joint events, activity days, and weekend programs




- Maintain relationships for repeat and bulk bookings

Field Marketing & Lead Generation

- Conduct regular field visits and meetings
- Promote services through references, visits, and collaborations
- Generate leads through offline and local marketing efforts

Follow-ups & Closures

- Aggressive follow-ups on enquiries
- Manage booking confirmations, advances, and schedules
- Ensure smooth handover to operations team

Reporting

- Maintain daily lead and visit reports
- Track bookings, conversions, and revenue
- Share weekly performance updates

Requirements

- 2–5 years experience in sales, events, or field marketing
- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with targets and field work
- Ability to coordinate multiple events and clients
