Job Responsibility:

- Handle billing for emergency department (ER) patients quickly and accurately
- Verify patient details, insurance eligibility, and coverage
- Generate bills for emergency treatments, procedures, and medications
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front desk for real-time updates
- Process cash, card, and insurance claims
- Manage pre-authorizations (if required in emergency cases)
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines
- Handle billing disputes or corrections urgently

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of hospital billing systems
- Understanding of insurance/TPA processes
- Fast data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure (ER is high-speed)
- Communication skills for patients and staff

Work Environment:

- Shift-based (including nights)
- Quick-paced, high-pressure emergency setting
