Position: Site Engineer – Civil
Location: Ramagundam / Karimnagar, Telangana
Department: Projects / Construction
Reporting To: Project Manager / Chief Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and maintain records of completed work.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor manpower deployment and optimize productivity at the site.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with senior engineers for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.




- Maintain site documentation, including work logs, inspection reports, and material records.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag lists and documentation.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience may apply.

Experience

- 0–5 years of experience in building construction, commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹10,945.27 - ₹37,682.32 per month
