Key Responsibilities

- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect goods for damage. Accurately count, organize, and store inventory in designated godown locations.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick products from transporters based on order sheets/challan copy and pack them securely for dispatch to prevent transit damage.
- Dispatch Operations: Hand over packed orders to logistics partners or delivery personnel with the correct documentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain basic logs of inward and outward stock movements. Update inventory records (manually or using basic scanning equipment).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the godown clean, organized, and free of hazards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



Minimum 8th Pass preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of prior experience in a warehouse, godown, or similar physical role is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of reading order slips accurately to prevent packing or dispatch errors.
- Team Player: Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse supervisors and delivery drivers.
- Language Skills: Basic understanding of Local Language / Hindi / English to read labels and coordinate with the team.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
