We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to generate business opportunities through cold calling and inbound/outbound communication. The role involves introducing our exhibition stall design services, identifying potential clients, scheduling meetings, and following up with prospects until the sales process is completed.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to potential clients and handle inbound/outbound inquiries.
- Introduce and explain the company's exhibition stall design services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Track leads and update records in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Coordinate with the sales team and support the sales process through payment completion.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- O–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
