Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose customized creative solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, meetings, negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM with accurate forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills





- Proven experience in B2B business development and corporate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in the Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design, Animation, CGI, VFX, Digital Media, or Creative Agency industry is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
