Core Responsibilities:
- Partnering with functional heads to outline team needs and draft job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates via job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.
- Screening applications, conducting baseline HR interviews, and evaluating core culture fit.
- Managing interview logistics, calendar scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Handling the offer generation, salary negotiations, and operational onboarding paperwork.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
