Job Summary

Aerowis Aviation is seeking a energetic, confident, and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel students and parents, explain course offerings, and achieve admission targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students until admission completion.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and counseling reports.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation and counseling abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Compensation
