Job Title: Installation In-Charge (Solar)

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Mandatory in Solar PV System Installation)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Installation In-Charge to lead solar project execution on-site in Rajkot and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar PV system installation, team handling abilities, and a valid Electrical Supervisor License. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless site execution, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Commissioning: Oversee end-to-end solar PV system installation, testing, and commissioning at project sites.
- Team & In office Management: Lead and supervise installation teams, technicians, and contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations adhere to local electrical standards, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Documentation & Licensing: Utilize your Electrical Supervisor License for required site approvals, sign-offs, and compliance checks.
- Site Inspections & Travel:



Travel to client sites across Rajkot and nearby regions as required for execution and quality audits.
- Client & Management Reporting: Coordinate with project managers and clients to provide updates on project progress, site challenges, and resolution plans.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar PV system installation and field execution.
- Mandatory Certification: Valid Electrical Supervisor License.
- Transport & Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid Driving License.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of solar PV components, wiring, structural mounting, and grid-tied/off-grid system commissioning.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to handle on-site labor, resolve technical issues quickly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to various site locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
