Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, processing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilisation, and overall equipment performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Control operational costs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and minimise production downtime.
- Lead, train, and supervise production and operations teams.
- Analyse operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
