Skills Required

- Experience in C# and Web API.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
- Work closely with developers and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Strong MS SQL experience and database development.
- Draw up a testing schedule for the complete system.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, multi-threading, and N-Tier Architecture.
- Familiarity with common developer tools – GIT, JIRA.
- JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular framework, ReactJs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a multi-team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science.

Requirements

- 5+ years of programming experience and a demonstrated proficiency in Experience in .Net Development.
- Robust understanding of .Net technology, C#, Entity Framework, .Net Core, SQL, OOPs Concepts,




Lead development team on .Net / .Net core platforms.
- High-level Proficiency at performing lead's role.
- Collaborate with Agile team members to mitigate any technical impediments.
- Lead innovative approaches on infrastructure, performance optimization & automation.
- Presentation skills demonstrated ability to simplify complex situations and ideas and distill them into compelling and effective written and oral presentations.
- Seasoned hands-on developer who can break down a large/complex problem, quickly derive an efficient design, document, and implement the core framework, and hand off the simple components to the team members.
- Participate in Production Support for incidents.
- Acts as an expert technical resource to others on current technologies, design techniques.
- Enforces the reduction in duplicate processes, code.
- Provide support and guidance for quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Provide guidance and vision for effective automated unit test coverage of new and existing code.
- Work directly with product management and customer success and help determine and solve the customer needs for our products.
