About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you should have a solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly and effectively to our users. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.

Responsibilities

- Create technical documentation, help articles, FAQs, learning courses, and other training content.
- Update existing documentation to reflect product and version changes.
- Collaborate with developers, quality analysts, and other stakeholders to understand product features and processes and create user-focused content.
- Monitor product and process changes and update documentation accordingly.
- Create learning videos and tutorials for product features.
- Learn and understand the Vtiger CRM product and its features.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Writer, or eLearning Content Writer.
- Experience creating technical documentation, help content,



training content, or learning materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid writing, editing, proofreading, and content visualization skills.
- Understanding of documentation principles, guidelines, and standards.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or other authoring tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn the Vtiger CRM product and new authoring tools as required.
- Freshers with excellent English skills, an interest in writing, and knowledge of blogging or documentation best practices are welcome to apply.

Qualification:

- BA/MA - English Literature is mandatory
- Note: Should be ready to work from our Bengaluru HQ.

Note: This position does not offer work-from-home or hybrid flexibility; candidates are required to work from the office Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
