Job Summary
Teks Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate SAP FICO Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), be able to explain real-time business scenarios, and prepare students for SAP certification and job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on SAP FI and CO modules with practical examples.
- Cover core topics including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Integration with MM and SD modules
- Conduct hands-on configuration sessions and real-time project demonstrations.
- Develop training materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Guide students in certification preparation, resume building, mock interviews, and placement readiness.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous mentoring.
- Keep course content updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and industry practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO (FI & CO).
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or support project.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain concepts using real-time business scenarios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP FICO certification is preferred.
- Prior training experience in an educational institute is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP MM and SD integration.
- Ability to conduct both online and offline training sessions.
- Strong student engagement and classroom management skills.
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
