Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily ceramic shell coating operations (Primary & Backup Coating).
- Ensure coating quality as per process specifications and customer requirements.
- Monitor slurry parameters such as viscosity, pH, density, and temperature.
- Plan and allocate manpower to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure proper drying cycles between coating stages.
- Coordinate with Wax, Shell Room, and Production departments for smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot coating defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain process records and daily production reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, 5S, and safety practices.
- Train and guide coating operators to improve productivity and quality.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce process wastage.





Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Investment Casting industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of ceramic shell coating processes.
- Knowledge of slurry preparation, maintenance, and quality control.
- Ability to lead a team and solve shop-floor issues.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
