1) Assesment of the city/cluster demand potential 2) Mapping demand clusers to different available inventory options 3) Involve both online/desk research and meetings 4) Field visits to YourOwnRoom inventories to show and explain the property to the prospects 5) Meet monthly targets for the area.
Minimum Qualification
Prior Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in business development or field sales in the context of retail expansion, real estate, hotels or hospitality can apply.
