1. Floor Management & Guest Experience

- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and vibrant cafe atmosphere.
- Manage seating plans, waitlists, and reservation layouts during peak rush hours.
- Present menus, answer questions, and proactively suggest coffee pairings or food items.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.

2. Order & Service Supervision

- Take accurate orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system and process payments.
- Verify service sequence so that specialty coffees and hot meals are served fresh and synchronized.
- Communicate modifications, allergen requirements, and special dietary needs clearly to the kitchen.
- Drive upselling goals by promoting daily brew specials, combos, and high-margin bakery items.

3. Team Leadership & Operations

- Supervise and train junior waitstaff, food runners, and bus crew on service etiquette.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to update the team on item availability, targets, and daily tasks.
- Inspect setup standards, ensuring tables, beverage stations, and cutlery are perfectly sanitized.
- Track stock levels for service equipment, menus, condiments, and retail coffee beans.
