- Contact existing and prospective B2B customers through phone calls.
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp regarding products, quotations, offers, and order updates.
- Follow up with customers for purchase requirements and buying plans.
- Assist customers with order status, dispatch details, and shipment tracking.
- Suggest suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
- Maintain customer records and update communication details.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely customer service.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through qualified communication.
