Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI
- Lead cloud-native application development and deployments on Microsoft Azure
- Build and manage AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions in complex production environments
- Design highly scalable microservices and distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, AI, and product teams
- Drive technical strategy, best practices, code quality, and engineering governance
- Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural leadership
- Ensure high availability, security, performance, and scalability of applications
- Work closely with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solution architecture

Mandatory Skills

- 15+ years of overall software engineering experience
- Minimum 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in Python and FastAPI
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure ecosystem and cloud-native services
- Extensive experience with:
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Machine Learning
- Microsoft Foundry




- Azure cloud deployments and architecture

- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI or Generative AI implementations
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise-scale production environments (not limited to POCs)
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and containerized architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud security

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science or Information Technology

- Candidates from Tier 1 institutes only:
- IIT
- NIT
- BITS
- IIIT

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale technical initiatives
- Ability to work in rapid-paced, innovation-driven environments
