We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social platforms.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
- Coordinate and support in onboarding processes.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.

HR Operations & Administration:

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to employee benefits, leave, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate induction programs, employee engagement activities, and internal HR initiatives.
- Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee documentation timelines.
- Support internal audits and ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee information.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee retention.





Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS
- Good understanding of HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
