Position Overview:

We are looking for a Middleware Administrator to join our enterprise infrastructure team. This role is focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical middleware platforms supporting business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with a wide range of middleware technologies and the ability to perform under a 24x7 support workplace with rotational shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Role Objectives:

- Conduct regular health checks across middleware components hosted on AIX, Linux, and Windows servers.
- Monitor application and system logs to proactively identify issues and anomalies.
- Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate and execute patching and vulnerability remediation,



including VAPT fixes.
- Perform SSL certificate management – renewal, deployment, and validation.
- Engage in capacity planning, performance tuning, and environment optimization.
- Execute scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance during approved windows, including deployments and system restarts.
- Support DR drills and maintain replication and backup configurations across environments.
- Collaborate closely with application, security, and infrastructure teams to support integrations and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
- Create and enhance automation scripts using shell scripting for operational efficiency.
