The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations within a specific geographical zone(East zone).

It will be based at Kolkatta. This pivotal role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives. The ZSM will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships across their assigned zone. This position requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, strategic planning, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Set individual and team sales quotas, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Analyze market trends,



competitor activities, and customer needs to identify current business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, resolving any issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the zonal sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and partnerships to enhance market reach and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the sales team.
