Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Video Editor Intern to become a part of our team at Femtosoft Technologies. In this position, you will have the chance to contribute to the creation of video content that educates, informs, and captivates our audience. You will collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams to effectively convey our brand's message through engaging video editing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our skilled team to edit and create compelling video content that supports our brand and marketing goals.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in any degree or having recently obtained a degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- Skilled in video editing applications like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Fundamental knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and video effects.
- Possesses a keen creative vision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of following guidance and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with YouTube and social media platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with video production processes,



such as shooting and lighting techniques, is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

- Edit and compile video content for our digital platforms, such as YouTube, social media, and additional channels.
- Work closely with our content creators and marketing team to generate and refine innovative video concepts that support Femtosoft Technologies' objectives and brand identity.
- Incorporate graphics, music, animations, and other features to improve the visual appeal of videos and sustain viewer engagement.
- Support color grading, sound editing, and the application of special effects to meet high production quality standards.
- Ensure that videos are tailored for each platform, preserving a cohesive brand style and voice.
- Assist in organizing and managing video files and assets for streamlined storage and easy access.
- Assist in the management and organization of video assets to promote an efficient workflow and maintain project continuity.
- Engage in brainstorming meetings and offer innovative concepts for video content.

Skills Required

- Editors need to understand the process of compressing and exporting video content effectively after editing the video, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout.
- Should know how to modify audio levels, eliminate background noise, and incorporate sound effects into the video.
- Interns must be proficient in adjusting the brightness, contrast, and color balance of the video consistently to improve the visual appeal of the video and ensure it aligns with the overall theme of the project.
- Should know how to maintain a clear structure for footage, audio files, and project files.
