- Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track purchase orders and maintain procurement status reports.
- Support inventory tracking and stock monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Assist the senior procurement team with day-to-day procurement operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets, and report preparation).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the procurement function.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations will be an added advantage.
